The Digital Content – Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating new content for publication and promotion on Tambour Vietnam's owned, earned and paid digital channels. This includes the company websites, social media platforms, PPC, PR, SMS, Email Marketing.


  • Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, create, edit, and repurpose content for Tambour Vietnam's digital channels. Formats include: editorial calendar, blogs, infographics, rich media, and gated content (white papers, mini-papers, timelines, reports)
  • Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts to devise content angles. Write and deliver digital, SEO-optimized content - and to required deadlines - with topics closely aligned to business strategic priorities and services
  • Work closely with key members of the marketing team to enhance and optimize CTA content delivery
  • Proactively keep up-to-date with the industry-focused news and developments
  • Effectively manage the central content planner week-to-week, attend the monthly content planning meeting to extract and sense-check ideas internally and keep relevant stakeholders up to date on content progress
  • Manage content on Tambour Vietnam's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube, Zalo.
  • To proactively stay up to date with current digital content practices and related tech (Martech)
  • Effectively provide cover for the other Marketing Executives, as needed

Qualifications requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. English, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications)
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in digital marketing field (prefer B2C/Retail).
  • Experience writing, editing and publishing blogs
  • The ability to research around topics (which may include statistics and technical data) and devise content angles
  • Project management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks within time line
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Organizational skill - Attention to details
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but constantly collaborating with other functions within the company
  • Mobility and willingness to work extra hours or on weekends
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English is a must
  • Thorough MS Office utilization and extensive knowledge of social media trends and tools
  • Ability to write concise and thorough copy, adhering to Tambour Vietnam's tone of voice guidelines (Digital Marketing Guideline)
  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of SEO practices
  • Good people skills and ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to flex tone and appropriately adapt copy, depending on the end medium
  • Superior knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading symbols


  • General proficiency with digital technology products, including content management systems and web-based tools such as WordPress, Hubspot, Mailchimp.
  • Considerable experience working with social media platforms
